Granted via delegate decision by North-West Leicestershire District Council (‘NWLDC’) in March 2025, the site benefits from planning consent (ref. 23/01390/OUTM) for development of up to 14 dwellings with associated access (outline, means of part access for approval).
The granting of permission is subject to planning conditions, which are identified within the relevant decision notices.
A range of technical studies and surveys were undertaken as part of the submission, which are available upon request.
The site was included as an allocation with the Swannington Neighbourhood Plan (‘made’ in March 2023), therefore the local planning authority and community are keen to see this site developed. Prospective purchasers are advised to liaise directly with NWLDC in respect of Reserved Matters applications and any alterations to the approved plans.
